The Kerry Cabinet by Dr. M. Sidney Wallace
John Kerry is so confident in winning the election in November that he has already announced his transition team. Along with his publicly announced transition team here is a very guarded list of some of his new cabinet appointees.
The Office of Secretary of State will be abolished. President Kerry intends to let the Ambassadors to the United Nations perform this role and he sees no need for the United States to have any matters of state that cannot be handled in the UN. The decisive and former President, Jimmy Carter will be the first ambassador because former President Bill Clinton will be elected as Secretary General of the United Nations in 2006. With this adroit change President Kerry will make himself immune to any criticism for anything that happens in the world.
Secretary of Defense: President Kerry will take immediate steps to form a more kinder, gentler and "sensitive" Defense Department. He will make substantial gains in balancing the national budget by reducing the expenditures of the DoD. The United States will keep just two aircraft carriers and these will be converted to cruse liners with their own landing strips. He will reduce the size of the Army to just enough to protect selected federal installations like “food stamp offices, alien voter registration offices,” the United Nations in New York, and the Kerry mansions around the world. The most likely nominee for the post will be Jane Fonda, because of her years of “hands on experience with military matters” dating back to the 1970’s.
Secretary of Treasury: President Kerry will appoint Senator Ted Kennedy as the Secretary of the Treasury because of his years of experience at handling other people’s money. Senator Kennedy is expected to make substantial improvements in the way we collect taxes so that all those considered to owe will more eagerly pay “their” fair share. John Edwards will immediately send any individual, whom disagrees with his tax bill, to “binding arbitration” by a panel of legal scholars lead by Senator Clinton.
For Secretary of Health and Human Services: President Kerry will appoint Barney Frank and Governor James E. McGreevey of New Jersey because of their caring and understanding of the difficulties of the homosexual generation. It is expected that these two will spend many wonderful evenings together “discussing” what needs to be done to make life better in the closets of American.
President Kerry will appoint Senator Byrd as the Secretary of Interior with Jessie Jackson as his chief deputy. Jessie has the ability to run the department, but Senator Byrd is the only white man that has the “unique” experience at keeping certain individuals in line.
Terry McAuliffe will be appointed as Secretary of Commerce because the new president knows that McAuliffe has many interested overseas buyers for US assets. We have not had a really smooth talking used car salesman since Ron Brown. Terry’s commissions alone should make the DNC secure for years to come.
The new president is considering Johnnie Cochran for Attorney General. As soon as the new President can find a lighter skinned attorney to supervise Johnnie, a deal will be struck. This is being done because Theresa will not allow "one of those" in her white house. With a little more training, OJ should easily be able to take over the FBI.
James Carville will become the new “Press Secretary” because President Kerry believes that the nation needs to be kept informed with the “proper spin” on all the facts. Gone will be the days where facts speak for themselves.

Yeah, but his wife - a true property owner - will have her own cabinet; the medicine cabinet...a very busy place, it would appear.
The only thing in the Kerry cabinet will be Prozac!
As a matter of fact I read a serious article on kerry's proposed cabinet about a month ago, and this is not much worse than what he actually plans.
Kerry's cabinet would look like the bar scene in Star Wars.
