This production has not been well thought out, poorly edited and produced.
Huh??
I missed it...and from the looks of this thread I should be glad....one question..did Sinclair dupe us all just to show a Kerry ad?....
fightu4it, it wasnt the movie Stolen Honor we're all talking about was so bad....it was the Sinclair piece tonight that started at 8PM that had maybe 3 minutes of Stolen Honor clips, not much else, and the rest was mostly an ad for Kerry.....truly disappointing to us all.....
Im sure the movie is great....Im gonna watch it after I calm down from being so mad....hehehe
Thank you Cedar. We all were newbies once..
Lots of people lurk for years on this site. I found it during the election debacle of 2000...
I didn't post until this summer, for many reasons, but the main reason is there are so many smart people that post on this site;that I don't have much to add! They are very informed, knowledgable, and FUNNY!! A second reason is, just like other sites, some of the old-timers can be possessive of their territory, and quick to put down the newbie. So, it can be intimidating to post here. I still think that it is the best site around - I love the graphics and photos that people post. And the whole "hugh", "series", "beeper" stuff is SO FUNNY!!
...heads up...John O'Niell on MSNBC
The newbie isn't interested in the "soap opera" aspects of the board or it's frequent posters.
I don't frequent the board for companionship, nor do I follow posts that have anything to do with the personal lives of any individual posters.
I find some interesting links and lots of useful information on the board and that's the extent of my interest.
I have no interest in the "who's who" or whatever contrived pecking order may or may not exist.
yes sir!!! hahahahahaha
How do you balance a cheat and a liar
that will stop at nothing in order to gain money and power
with an honorable President whose primary focus is protecting
Americans?
It can't be done.
The two are miles apart. Night versus day. Back versus white.
Sinclair Broadcasting Group blew it. They blew it on purpose.
They know that Kerry is unfit to be President. They never asked why Kerry refuses to sign Form 180 which would make public all of his military records. The never said that President Bush signed Form 180. Instead, they quoted a person saying that all of Bush's files have not been found.
Sinclair should have asked why the mainstream media and mainstream journal programs -- 60 Minutes, etc. -- has continuously held President Bush's feet to the fire for the past six months yet have not held Kerry accountable one-tenth as much.
The clearly catered to the mainstream media status quo talking points regarding Rathergate/memogate. Rather than explaining the facts themselves they showed a talking head parroting talking points. The show host said that within 24 hours the blogs had discredited the memos, The talking head said, paraphrasing, ''the media houses (CBS) doesn't have dozens of people to verify the validity of documents like the blogsphere does."
It's widely known that the experts 60 Minutes used to inspect the documents couldn't verify their validity and were concerned that they may be forged.
I could go on and on. If I get a cop of the show to put on my hard drive I may do complete analysis.
As it stands, Sinclair has used up their one error. They get one second chance. If they repeat their error -- reporting the truth that can be easily manipulated rather than report with honesty that has no gray era -- I'll conclude that they are but another media outlet shooting themselves in the foot and have earned their ticket to go down with the Old Media Titanic.

They know the score. Bush versus Kerry is night versus day. Black versus white.
The terrorists goal is to kill us all or covert us to Islamic fundamentalists.
If they get their way, and having Kerry instead of Bush as President will facilitate them, Sinclair will lose right along with all the rest of us.
They're fools. Sinclair burned the bridge.
LOL! They sure did. I do feel better than I did and hour ago. I like knowing I'm not the only one who didn't like Sinclair's little show.
Every single Sinclair representative I saw on TV said just the opposite.
The rudeness was #1 reason to read not post and seems that was good idea.
If you've been reading for five years, you had to know that when and if you posted, you better be prepared to defend your own posts.
I realize that, but somebody shouldn't be automatically labeled a troll just because they have a recent sign-up. Trolls are easier to spot by what they say than when they say it.
Thank you for your post. I suspect in the end you are right. Now there are just many folks who are very disappointed and want blood. OK the truth would be a good start.
You are so right. And it you post an article, and make a mistake, there are always those who live to point out your errors. Most here, however, are forgiving..
Are you a newbie????(sarcasm)
It had me crying at the end. To think that our voters elected a draft dodger and protestor for 8 years. Now the same group that sponsored Bubba, want to foist off a traitor. I cried for our 'Nam troops, our Iraqi troops and our country.
bump for later
they must be laughing their butts off over at DU!
If they're reading this thread, they are. I'm sure they're enjoying all the 'troll' accusations being thrown around.
