Jesse is a near Libertarian. I cannot even fathom what he's thinking!!!! Jesse is not anywhere near Libertarian. He only slightly to the right of Kerry. I am basing this what he did as Governor. Sometimes he would talk like a Libertarian, but could never bring himself to walk the talk.
