Don't bring the Bill of Rights into this arguement. I shouldn't bring the Bill of Rights into an argument about the proper role of government in pursuing a criminal investigation? What?

Memory refresher:
All 19 911 hijackers were ME muslims. ME muslims have vowed to kill us infidels.
The ACLU has no problem with teaching our kids about islam but they have a big problem with teaching the kids about Christianity. They also have a problem with the US Flag, The Pledge of Allegiance, the 10 Commandments, and anything else to do with Christianity.
The ACLU is the enemy because they give aid and comfort to the enemy.
Don't even talk about equal rights. How about you going over to Saudi Arabia and starting a Christian church. You'd be in jail faster then you could spit. Yet we allow them to come here and freely practice their religion, as we should.
Maybe you should go back to DU.

You know I argued with you once before and never got any substance, only a quick comment with my question being thrown back. Too many comments to handle to actually dig into the wonderful position the ACLU is taking perhaps?

Since we are in a war, I wouldn't characterize the interrogations of those who may do us harm as "criminal investigations". In a time of war I would characterize these interrogations as "intelligence gathering". The Bill of Rights is what we are ultimately defending in this war on terror.
