ARLINGTON , VA -- Today, Bush-Cheney '04 announced the release of the campaign's newest television advertisement, "Wolves." The ad notes that just one year after the first World Trade Center bombing, John Kerry and the liberals in Congress voted to slash America's intelligence operations by $6 billion across the board, cuts so deep they would have weakened Americas defenses. The ad will begin running today on national cable and in select local markets.
Script For "Wolves"
Voice Over:
In an increasingly dangerous world
Even after the first terrorist attack on America
John Kerry and the liberals in Congress voted to slash Americas intelligence operations.
By 6 billion dollars
Cuts so deep they would have weakened Americas defenses.
And weakness attracts those who are waiting to do America harm.
President Bush:
Im George W. Bush and I approve this message.
Bush fans will love this one - I do!
It's a good message and I'm Stanz, I approve of it.
not one of the better ads.
One Bush adviser tells ABC News, "The ad was produced and tested months ago. Voter reaction was so powerful that we decided to hold the ad to the end of the campaign and make it ONE of the closing spots. It will run to the end."As Mr. Dithers might say ...ExcellentThe campaign says the ad will start to air today on national cable and in local markets in battleground states. The AP is reporting the ad will run in 14 states and that with the RNC, the campaign is spending about $15 million total on TV ads this week.
Mr Burns, I think? Smithers is his "assistant"
Mr. Dithers was Dagwood Bumstead's boss.
I'm a proud conservative republican and love our President.
I approve of this message.
Mr. Burns, I think. Smithers is his assistant.
Mr. Dithers was Dagwood Bumstead's boss.
It would have been really good if somewhere in the ad, you saw a fleeting glimpse of a French Poodle running away
Mr. Monty Burns
I thought I saw the French poodle getting violated by the wolves.
bump
I like it.
This is a good ad...but it is a direct RIPOFF of the scene in the latest Tom Cruise movie "Collateral"...
It is BRILLIANT....anybody who is a fan of that movie and sees this ad...will "get it".
OK, that's good too
That is the best BC04 ad of the year. Even more emotionally powerful than 'the hug.'
Bravo!
LOL!
