Paula is hosting here own townhall meeting/debate in Ohio tonight. She has representatives from both the Kerry and Bush camp to answer the audiences questions. For the Kerry camp it's retired General Wesley Clark, for the Bush camp it's a retired Police commissioner from NY (I didn't get his name).
I smell a rat. It looks like CNN is in Ohio trying to sway that state to the Kerry camp. I bet this guy from Bush's camp is weak in the PR department and will get beat up tonight to Paula's delight...
This is a tough cop who was on Oprah recently and is promoting his book...here's what was said about him:
NYC Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik
At 1:30 a.m. on September 11, Bernard Kerik, the 40th Police Commissioner of New York City, finished a book about his hidden past and the odds he had overcome to become New York's "top cop." He was unaware that just seven hours later, a new, horrifying final chapter would begin.
Now Commissioner Kerik had to face his biggest challenge of all...bringing order to a city under siege.
September 11
Commissioner Kerik took us beyond the barricades to the heart of Ground Zero, described the events of this horrific day and the heroism behind the World Trade Center disaster.
Looking Inward and Finding Truth
He survived shootouts and drug lords, but the toughest battle was within himself. What Commissioner Kerik learned when writing his memoirsthe most tragic investigation of his career.
The Journey to Success
No one thought he would succeed in life, but he came out on top. How Commissioner Kerik rose to lead the largest police force in the world.

INSIDE THE OPRAH SHOW
So far it looks like a hit piece...
Anything CNN does, is going to be a hit piece against Bush.
Still am curious and upset about the Pat Robertson interview she had the other night
I see it the other way, Kerick will wipe Clarke out. I can just hear Clake screaming again for his assistant to "help me" when he gets in over his head.
Well, if things work out right, I may see him Saturday at a Vets for Bush rally in Ct.
Ohmygod - these questions are just as "set up" as the ones in the debates! Betcha no one asks about Kerry 180 form or his "honorable discharge"
Paula, looking fabulous, shook her head in sympathy over the quandry these two dolts found themselves in and I switched the channel.
KING: Tomorrow night, our special guest is Bob Woodward. Appropriate guest with less than two weeks to go to the election. His book, "Plan of Attack" is now a major bestseller in paperback. And it might have a major effect on this election. A man who will definitely have a major effect on this election is Aaron Brown because people -- when Aaron Brown speaks, people listen.
The two I heard sounded pretty dumb, actually.
But I agree with your point. I don't like to go around calling people "sheeple" and the like.
This kind of crap is expected from CNN.... But it's still infuriating!
And Bernie will state the truth in his answers. Not like Clarke who will use the DNC talking points in his answers.
No one watches that crap.
No one watches CNN...
Normally I would agree that nobody watch that show....
But I bet there are a lot of folk in Ohio tonight and what influence that it may have them is disturbing...
I think considering that fact that Begala and Carville still work for CNN and they have acknowledged that they are working for Kerry campaign, and then you have shows like this in one of THE swing states, I think they should be considered a 527 for Kerry.
err... I meant there are probably a lot of folks in Ohio watching tonight....
Paula is adding her own questions to help bolster Clark's arguments...
Definitely was a hit piece - I watched for a couple of minutes, couldn't stomach it. I don't know how Paula Zahn has managed to stay on the air this long
