They could go the reality show route and have them do Fear Factor type stuff and get voted off MissAmerica Island. ;o)

The pageant in its current format is unrecognizable to most Americans. Must go back to the 3+ hour broadcast and not eliminate all but a handful of contestants at the beginning of the show. Viewers want to see their state's representative introducing herself, modeling swimwear & evening wear, doing a dance routine, etc. Prolong the suspense, and viewership will come back.

She was Miss Florida, Jenna Edwards, and unbelievably she didn't win. I didn't watch the show, but some freeper posted this the next day, and for obvious reasons I've kept track of it.

Women don't consider bimbo parades to be entertainment, nor do they want their daughters to grow up thinking the only way to et noticed is to prance around on TV without most of their clothing.
This strip show should have been deep sixed to an upper tier digital channel 25 years ago.

Who wants to watch a show that is nothing but an example of political correctness run amuck? They don't pick for beauty anymore, so why watch a "beauty" pageant? I used to love the show in the olden days; can't stand it now, and won't turn it on as I know it will just make my blood pressure rise. My blood pressure is sky high right now with the last 12 days of pre-election nastiness. Will be so glad when this election is over, and our President can go back to business as usual.

Living mannequins are fascinating.

It's too politically correct for me to watch.

Tatooes or not,I'm a sucker for a sweetie in a Sun Dress.
Maybe it's the perverted thought that there might not be any panties under there I have when I see one.
Anybody else get them thoughts....or am I just ......?
never mind!!!

Is it true that Trump owns the pageant now?

You sound like a feminazi! The Miss America
Pageant has been under fire by feminazis for a long time, I would think that CONSERVATIVE women like to see women treated as something to be appreciated!
