Nobody in this report noted the reason why this stuff gets pitched is government regulations requiring expiration dates on these items and they are pulled from the shelves to protect stores from getting sued.

I knew one of these types my first time in college. He was your typical anti-corporate, anti-capitalist student activist. He ate only garbage and lived in a tree house in order not to participate in our evil consumer culture. I saw these nutjobs on the news today. One girl claimed she had never gotten sick from eating garbage. I have a feeling that any illness she gets is blamed on secret govt bioweapons.
