What probe? It's a ruse and CBS is just laying low, hoping for sKerry to win so it will all blow over and they will be vindicated....
They won't seriously look at anything until they are forced to...
they've said findings wont be given until after Nov. 2, because (my addition follows) the Kerry campaign was involved, and if it came out before 11/2, it would hurt sKerry's chances of getting elected. so there you have it
