PITTSBURGH, Oct. 20 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Teresa Heinz Kerry released the following statement today:
"I had forgotten that Mrs. Bush had worked as a school teacher and librarian, and there couldn't be a more important job than teaching our children. As someone who has been both a full time mom and full time in workforce, I know we all have valuable experiences that shape who we are. I appreciate and honor Mrs. Bush's service to the country as First Lady, and am sincerely sorry I had not remembered her important work in the past."

You forgot these!!
Love Mom
Too late Teresa! You blew it.
Must've been too many gin-soaked white raisins, eh ?
Too late, ketchup-girl. You just alienated all those stay-at-home moms you've been trying to woo all these months. You stupid *&%$.
Hmmm...
It seems that only work outside the home is valuable and important.
I'll have to ask my homeschooling, stay-at-home-mom wife about that.
She slipped her handlers good today.
I'm going to write a new book about a sleezy Senaor who marries a rich widow and with his minions keeps her drugged and helpless while they raid her cash so he can run for president.
That's not too far out, now, is it?
When was Teresa "full time in workforce" ?
Botox-brain?
Then what the h-e-double toothpicks was she talking about? Being a mom? This didn't clarify anything. I think we need another statement.
** snicker snicker **
It's those white raisins...
Rot in hell skank lady from africa, your addendum means nothing.
FYI
"Too late Teresa! You blew it."
Ditto.
I have to admit... that was a FAST C.Y.A. statement to hit the press though. But, she's just never gonna live it down. You don't just "forget" something that has been in the media for the past FOUR YEARS! If this is how attentive T.H.K. is to details... I shudder to think of her "foundations" she allegedly runs.
I give her credit for this "retraction", however, I think that the whole episode, combined with other things she has already said, paint her as a snobby rich b*tch...
Another veiled put-down.
Memory lapse? You have to wonder whether she isn't working covertly against her husband.
Is this Teresa's John Lennon moment..."We (the Beatles) are bigger than Jesus Christ..."
I don't know if the White House will be quite grand enough for the Heinz-Kerrys. We may have to dismantle one of Saddam's palaces and crate it over here to give them a place to live in commensurate with their status.
