Bingo. Mrs. Kerry doesn't know about Mrs. Bush's early resume; I doubt it was a conscious slap at teachers or librarians. She is actually saying that raising children is not a real job. That is the point to highlight.

This coming from a woman who hasn't worked in her adult life that I know of.
This is just further proof that money can buy a lot of things. But it can't buy class.

Get it to Drudge; for some reason, the MSM allows itself to get suckered by Drudge, to pick up stuff from him that they'd usually bury or ignore. Stuff from Drudge bleeds into the MSM. Drudge is like a scab that the MSM can't resist picking. It's not the same with Rush, who they routinely ignore unless he makes a gaffe.

Q: You'd be different from Laura Bush? A: Well, you know, I don't know Laura Bush. But she seems to be calm, and she has a sparkle in her eye, which is good. But I don't know that she's ever had a real job I mean, since she's been grown up. Well Tuhrayyza should know..the addage is true..IF you F@#@ for Money, you earn it.

I just had a thought.... the way Teresa is so "unrefined" in her comments, I wonder but what, if she gets in the White House, the press might just turn on her and expose every little gaffe at every turn. They certainly report it now and I think we'd hear at lot more...
Mind you, not that they'll EVER win the election.

Maybe this ranting is part of the sKerry plan for better education????
This woman should have had some "emergency surgery" months ago, with a prolonged and difficult "recovery".
She should have been kept out of sight and out of the voters minds.
This needs to get wings on the Librarians internet sites...??

Laura would great on Jeopardy if the Dewey Decimal system came up! snicker of course.

What a difference there is between Laura and Treza.
Laura's crusade is for Reading.
Treza's she says will be Gay Tolerance.
Yikes

More thoughts:
With the MILLIONS of $$$ that the Teachers unions give to the Democrats, and an almost solid voting block of teachers and "educators", how are they supposed to react to their careers being referred to in this manner?
Anyone out there got connections to the teachers unions and can get this passed on heavily???
To: jbwbubba
Forget that she didn't marry until she was 31 & worked as a teacher & librarian, raised twins & was First Lady of Texas...
THK is saying that being First Lady of the United States isn't a real job.
WHOA! Being First Lady has to be the worst job & the most underpaid job in the whole United States.
