| U.S. Marine in Iraq

This Marine's letter should be read or heard by every American. In only a few words, he dismantles "the Kerry Doctrine" of war (and Andrew Sullivan's whining).
I urge every one of you to get this letter out to local talk show hosts. I'm going to ask my local newspaper if they will print it in a letter-to-the-editor in my name. I'll post later today after I talk to the editor.
God bless this anonymous Marine and all the others who make these excruciating choices for our benefit.

Correct. It was always my understanding that anything in a uniform of the United States was 100% under the purview of the United States taxpayer. What can or should a soldier do or say while in uniform or while in the PAY of the taxpayers of the United States of America. Even here where I work, I cannot breach the conflict of interest rules, unless I want to start looking for another job. Of course this leads us right back to the current question of Kerry's excessively indulged misdeeds after he returned from Vietnam. That man IS a criminal and I don't know how he has stayed out of jail to this point.

How has he stayed out of jail?
Other than outright spying for another country, can you name the last time an American was prosecuted for treason? I'm no expert, but I suspect it's been a long, long time.

Those sentiments have been expressed by some here on FR, and by people who served, no less. Very depressing.
There needs to be some very highly publicized courts martial, dishonorable discharges, and jail time. After the election.

Well, wasn't there recently an officer, a general I think, who said what he shouldn't have about Islam? I guess, if you challenge the holy cow of Liberal humanitarian indignation, then your butt WILL be fried.

Political Correctness does not win wars. Fighting men do that. If one never does anything, they make no mistakes.
Example Kerry's 20 years in the senate.Kerry is a 20/20 hindsighter!!!!!!!

Kerry knows full well the results of his actions and I am not shy to tell the truth: JfK your name is TRAITOR. A TRAITOR in every sense of the word! He should be and will be punished.

"Kerry knows exactly what he did in Paris, and those further actions he has taken over the years in Washington. With Kerry we are well on our way to pre-1066 Britain, with the Landed Gentry controlling the Serfs -- and you know where he and his ilk and we who oppose them stand in that scenario."
Man, have you got Kerry pegged!!

Ever wonder why the 'Rats are so in love with "gun control"?

I wish every TV host could be armed with that statement every time Wesley Clarke shows up to berate our soldiers for making "mistakes" in the fog of war. There are a few Keryboard Kommandos hereabouts who could learn something from the Marine who wrote this letter.

No wonder at all. The only way to get me to live on my knees is to remove my ability to defend myself. Won't happen, period.
