Yes I am positive. None of they Taylor boys in Duran Duran are related, either by blood or marriage. Their only connection was/is Duran Duran itself.

Bill Bruford....was he with the Dead?? If so..never followed them.
Terry Bozzio...now that was a tight band! I especially liked his wife who was the lead singer...hot!
Now of course I cant remember the actual name of the band!

I thought I heard a blurp about them last night on TV. Unreal....I admit I was one of those Duranie's, had 62 of their albums (remix of this, Japanese version of that, extended play of the other - I was nuts - even had the blonde bangs) How old are these guys now?
A couple of weeks later, we saw the whole video on MTV and figured out what happened.
I was partial to Romeo Void (I Might Like You Better If We Slept Together).
I was also big on anyone that released an album on Enigma Records, especially the Pink Dust label. Plan 9 was the best.

I was watching the one-hit wonder special, and I turned if off because of all the folks who died - the singer from The Waitresses died of cancer, Jermaine Stewart died of Aids, the guy from Frankie Goes to Hollywood died of Aids...then we have Michael Hutchence and Stuart.
Such a shame.

I've been trying to get bootlegs, but nobody seems to have taped them.
I know....since this thread came up I have been revisiting some old BC websites. The BC band members have gone on to other things, but I miss Stuart's voice. There was just something about it, you know? Stuart, actually, was working on a country music career in Nashville when he disappeared. All anyone can figure is that his alcoholism was taking its toll once more. He made one album with Mark Hummon, called "Supernatural". They called themselves The Raphaels. The music was okay, but I sometimes wondered how those two were going to keep going. Stuart's style was distinctly different than Mark's and you could tell whose song was whose. It wasnt too long after this debut that Stuart disappeared and ended up in Hawaii of all places. I still havent been able to figure that one out.
