Drivers include, Geoff Bodine, Kurt Busch, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Eliott Sadler, Mark Martin, Tony Stewart, Matt Kenseth, Ryan Newman, Jimmie Johnson and Jeremy Mayfield.
NASCAR President Mike Helton has endorsed the president.
Successful owners Jack Roush, Richard Childress, Robert Yates, Joe Gibbs, and Teresa Earnhardt have endorsed the president.
NASCAR heroes Rusty Wallace, Michael Waltrip, Kyle Petty, Bobby and Terry Labonte have endorsed the president.

BINGO! We have a winner.
Gordon wants to hob nob along with the celebrities (chicks and/or dicks?? not sure) and wants to keep in their good graces. Plus he knows #8 is running away with his once largest fan base and he needs to differentiate from him.
Oh I suppose he just needs to keep the urban legend going. For cryin' out loud--he probably has one of the most fiscally penalizing divorces in NASCAR...why in the world would he want to pay higher taxes under The "I have a plan" president?
