Anyone interested in the Kansas 3rd Congressional District Race? A debate took place between Moore and Kobach, I watched it tonight.
First of all, Dennis Moore is MORE liberal than John Kerry. A certain liberal magazine rated John Kerry 85 on a scale of 100. Dennis Moore got a 90!!!!!
Secondly, John Kerry seems charismatic compared to Dennis Moore. That's saying a lot!!
As to the debate, Kobach absolutely destroyed Moore. Kobach exposed the leftist Moore's record: http://activote.ontheissues.org/AVA/House/Dennis_Moore.htm
He knocked Moore off his game many times. This guy is a REAL rising star in the Republican party. He's a former professor at UMKC, taught Constitutional Law. He's worked with John Ashcroft on the Patriot Act. He's for border control, against amnesty and tuition for illegal immigrants. You can read the rest of his agenda at http://www.kobachforcongress.com
Kobach was fantastic. Moore was mad at the end. And the Reform Party candidate endorsing Kobach at the end was just icing on the cake. I was so proud of Kobach. WOW!
I got really pissed off at that campaign commercial Moore ran, accusing Kobachof having ties to "White Supremacy"....what a lie!!
Again, it is a common tactic of the left. Where did they learn it from? Their mentors in the Central Comittee of the Communist Party in 1943:
"Members and front organizations must continually embarrass, discredit and degrade our critics
when obstructionists become too irritating, label them as fascist or Nazi or anti-Semitic
Constantly associate those who oppose us with those names that already have a bad smell. The association will, after enough repetition, become 'fact' in the public mind."
Kris Kobach is a rock star. Moore has won by small margins in this district that gave Bush 53% in 2000, but Kobach will narrow the gender gap and beat Moore with at least 51% of the vote. And if he wishes, he will be the next Senator from Kansas once Roberts or Brownback retire or run for Governor. The sky is the limit for Kobach, and I hope FReepers give generously to his campaign.
Yeah, but I think this one will backfire. It is just too radical of a charge. I thought Kobach's defense was outstanding. Those exact same people are also associated with groups that donated to Moore. ROTFL! Take that.
If you watched the moderator (He was fair, but I'm sure he's liberal--a KCPT reporter), even HE was grimacing when they panned back over to him after Moore's rebuttal regarding "White Supremacy". I think that says it all...
I agree with you. Seriously, if FR could pick a canidate that represents the TRUE conservative platform-- this is the guy!!
Even Cheney said that Kobach was one of the best canidates in the country!
Do you really think that he will win the seat? I hope that those who voted for Taff (RHINO) will not vote for Moore or stay home, but vote for Kobach. I'm optimistic but not convinced....
Finally, I assume some of you guys who pay attn to this race are also following those in MO.
Did you watch the Matt Blunt vs Claire McCaskill debate? He destroyed her......
I think he is a great candidate, Bob Holden was a failure, and MO will go for Bush which might give Blunt the edge.
On another note, I would love to see Jeanne Patterson win, but I doubt she can beat Corrupt Cleaver.
This guy's running for Congress? He's not even American!
Go Kris Go! Kobach is running on an anti-Illegal platform!
Give me your lupins!
