Which is why ABC would love to see both films nominated. The ratings would go through the roof. Plus, if Moore wins, the audience in the balcony will start booing, and if Gibson wins, the big stars in front will boo. For ABC, it would deliver huge ratings.

If both films are quietly pushed aside, then the ratings will be abysmal. Last year, the Lord of the Rings popularity delivered good ratings. This year, there's really nothing out there besides these two films to generate buzz.

Why bother boycotting the Oscars. Boycott Hollywood period.

Don't enrich them with your money.

I have seen The Passion, Storm Ship Troopers and Independence day. The only movies I have paid for at a theater in 15 years.
