I saw 3 shows this am ... Fox News Sunday, Matthews, and Meet the Press ... all talked about it and it was especially noteworthy how the women Matthews had on responded to the Kerry comment ... VERY negative, even Campbell Brown.

Governator is ineligible for President or VP because he is not a natural-born US citizen. I would be ecstatic to see him serve as Secretary of State, however.There IS talk about a Constitutional amendment. He could be behind that.
I would also be ecstatic to see him serve as anything on the president's cabinet or as a Congressman.
