Vanity: Need help with letter to the editor about Kerry's anti-American activities

I've been wanting to write a letter to the editors of my local paper illustrating Kerry's anti-American activities over the years. There is just so much information out there that is it overwhelming me when I try to get it all out there in about 250 words. I would like to cover as much as possible, including his relationship with the Sandinistas, selling out our POW's in favor of his cousin, etc.
Has anyone already written up something like this or is anyone interested in helping out someone that gets a brain cramp when looking at all this? The election is getting closer and who knows, it could help some undecided voter realize what kind of person Kerry is.
