MADISON, Wis. (AP) This time around it's not so easy for Ralph Nader supporters on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus.
Four years ago, many students sported buttons for the then-Green Party candidate. They held ``Ralph masks'' at rallies and spoke openly of planting the seeds for a more progressive party.
Nader received more than 13-thousand votes in Dane County in 2000. That's twice as many as then-Vice President Al Gore's margin of victory in the whole state.
These days Nader supporters who circulated petitions on campus supporting Nader on the ballot say they're the target of verbal abuse, cold stares and other forms of hostility.
Some Democrats still blame Nader's 2000 candidacy for helping President Bush win. They fear he could again siphon votes away from their nominee, John Kerry.
I love to see liberal versus liberal.

I keep waiting for the young, idealistic, naive liberals in college (I was once one too) to realize that the Democrat party is a totally corrupt criminal enterprise, not a political movement. It is allied with big money interests (Soros et al) who have as their goal to destruction of the United States as we know it.
Hope there are some lurking on this thread...wise up.
We need to encourage these Nadernuts. Afterall, they are standing for something and someday they might be better Americans.
Of course. They're the one's who made sure GW got elected in 2000. The way the Dumbocrats work it's no wonder there hasn't been mass murder. Oh wait! They don't have any guns.
You know actually they really are pure. Nader-ettes really have passion about what the believe in. Liberals like Kerry have no back-bone at all. They're into for the power not the politics.
