Review of the Documentary, "Stolen Honor"

I just finished watching the DVD of the Documentary, "Stolen Honor, Wounds that do not heal", by Carlton Sherwood, a Pulizter Prize winning journalist and himself a Marine combat verteran from the Vietnam War. Simply stated, every American should see this film so they can hear the other side of the John Kerry story from honorable men who served with distinction and at great harm, pain, agony and sarifice to themselves.

When war hero, and Medal of Honor winner, "Bud" Day states in the documentary, unequivocally that "That man", meaning John Kerry, "committed an act of treason", there can be little doubt as to the veracity of the feelings or evidence to the fact. When you see the full documentary of the actions of the returned naval officer John Kerry and how it impacted those still on the ground in Vietnam, and particularly those being held as captives, and when you learn of the fraud, deciet and lies associated with John Kerry's senate testimony, when you learn that John Kerry, while still a naval reserve officer, met with then enemy in Paris and took their position...the stakes and ramifications of this presidential election take on an even more critical note over the very critical aspects of the current war and struggle we are now involved in.

We are involved in a struggle for the heart and soul of this great Republic. We are faced with a choice as Commander in Chief of our military and the leader of our nation of an individual who betrayed his comrades in arms and his nation for his own political gain, and who did it based on lies, fruad and deceit. He has never retracted those statments, he has never apologized or been held accountable for those actions. His twenty years in the senate is a clear indication that he has not changed...he will do it again. He is unfit for command and we must do all we can to defeat his campaign to become the President of our nation.

I would urge everyone to get a copy of this DVD and spread it around. Show it in groups at home. By extra copies and let your neighbors, relatives and friends do the same. This information must get out.

You are exactly right. Like the swifties, these POWs (who by the way have teamed up with the swifties) are men of honor. For example, Bud Day's history, experience and credentials cannot be tarnished or reputed.

Kerry and his campaign are terribly afraid of these men and well they should be. Light and truth drive away darkness and reveal that which is hidden. Kerry is hiding a lot.

Kerry himself would be, as commander in Chief, in the forefront of any such effort. He will do what he has always done, work hard towards those ends which are in conflict with our nations interests.

The nation does teeter on a razor's edge. Most of the voters on the lib side are too stupid, selfish or pig-ignorant to understand what would happen to them were they to put this absolute charlatan in power. But first things first. We WIN this election, then clean house.

It was posted on a list when the story came out right here on FR..they had it listed by state, where and when the showing will be. I didn't keep the site because I live in the Northwest here and can't get California probgrams here. That is one reason Direct TV or cable should have it on. Redford uses the Sundance channel to show his left wing stuff almost around the clock, and there are other leftest shows all over the Sat. cables.

About 17 minutes into Stolen Honor it shows Kerry talking to Steve Pitkin, followed by the Winter Soldier "vets" who appear to be "remembering" atrocities.
Steve Pitkin has said that he was coached to lie by Kerry about atrocities that Steve had never seen. Pitkin has apoligized for his lies and was cheered by real Vietnam vets at a recent rally in D.C.

My husband gives me a subscription to the Washington Times every year for Christmas. It's only .25 per copy and it is the greatest newspaper you will ever read! It is straight news--opinion appears on the last 4 pages of the first section with an amazing variety of columnists of every political persuasion. In fact it was the only paper in D.C. to carry Hillary's column--which drew a lot of reader protest!--but when the editor asked her to write in a style which reflected her personality she refused--and they dropped it! ;) The glitches in their mailing seems to have been improved and I often receive the previous day's edition--but they are worth waiting for. Even if sometimes 2 or 3 arrive together. This is the best money you will ever spend. On Christmas Day the banner reads "Christ Our Savior is Born Today!" and the editorials are from Matthew and Luke! On July 4th you will read the Gettysburg Address and Washington's message to the troops. This truly is America's newspaper--please support it! And best of all the strip Mallard Fillmore has been moved from the comic page to page 2. The international news coverage is nothing short of phenomenal--you will thank me! Please don't forget to pray for our President and his family every day and also for our troops--for those who wait for them and those who lead them--that they will be safe. We are blessed to have them all!!!! and we can only say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your sacrifice.

I've been reading the Washington Times since the mid-1980's. I worked near BWI and bought it to read at lunchtime.

When I retired, I moved to Cape Cod and bought the weekly edition.

Been back in MD since 1997. I have to go out to buy it - about 2 miles - but I do it almost daily.

You're right, it's a great newspaper.

I would love to see them go national. They could publish the front section around the country and have localized interiors, i.e. metro, sports, ads, etc..

The only problem is the Moon connection which allows idiots to criticize it, like Al Hunt, and it probably turns off some folks.
