I imagine it is the routine altitude training that all folks who fly or travel on some military aircraft undergo. Even some civilians who work for the Air Force are required to have it if their work places them on certain type aircraft. It deals with what happens when there is a oxygen deficiency or an explosive decompression. Purely routine training.
