Please pay attention to this.

I have some information which I think is reliable, about the plans which the Oregon State Fair authorities and one or more of the law enforcement agencies have, for "Handling" this event.

The event is sold out, at 6500 people.

What I have heard, from someone involved in the planning for handling the event, is that the "authorities" plan to entirely disallow protest of this event on the Fairgrounds, or to stringently regulate it in such a manner as to make it essentially useless.

The Oregon State Fair authorities are known to be infested with leftists, because last year they attempted - without any incident of justification - to illegally disallow concealed weapons license holders from entering the State fairgrounds, and had to be beaten back into their corner by Oregon Firearms Federation. They can and will make an attempt to suppress protest if the think they can get away with it.

My guess - and this is just a guess, based on what information I have - is that they have already caucused among themselves and decided (a) to attempt suppressing the protest, and (b) that if they can get away with it at the event, they will get away with it entirely because their chances of getting successfully sued *after the fact* are small and whoever sues them will be suing a State agency. (Moreover, if they are Lieberals, they don't care what the consequences are as long as the consequences do not accrue to them personally).

I suggest that the organizers of this protest (a) obtain legal counsel, (b) ensure that the counsel is present and that recording devices are on-site to capture all actions by OSF authorities and law enforcement, (c) ensure that OSF and any other agencies are made aware that their intentions and actions are going to be thus scrutinized and documented as potential evidence and that attorneys will be present at the demonstration, and that legal action will be forthcoming instantly at any attempt on the part of OSF or other authorities to commit First Amendment or other violations.

The cockroaches WILL back down from any intended suppression of free speech if the light is shined on them in that manner. Otherwise, all bets are off.

I will not reveal my sources, and I am not absolutely certain of this, but, I thought it best to post this here. However, please, DO NOT let this discourage anyone from protesting this Communist slug *no matter what*.

Get some pre-event publicity to bring out a crowd. Be sure to bring cameras and video recorders to document EVERYTHING.

I wish I could be there! OK here's the deal make sure make an effigy of that boorish man. I think the way that you can help point out where his loyalties lay I suggest some of the protesters "Pose as supporters" And Wave Chinese flags, Iraq flags and have pictures of Saddam Castro Ben Laden and More. And then make sure you have signs that say our hero's. What's Good for the Goose is good for the Gander! If he can distort the truth for political gains so can we. Lets give him a dose of his own medicine.
