Interesting, our office secretary is black, and she said she and her husband go round and round because he is black and voting Bush; my good friend who is the head of our maintenance dept. at the U. is black---he's voting Bush; another good friend and his wife, both black, are voting Bush. Watch for Bush to get at least 15% and, probably 20% of the black vote this time around.

But your state lost how many residents on 9-11? If the terrorists win, the dem's promised social engineering won't really matter. Dare we hope?

Liz, it ain't free. It comes at great cost of time and campaign funds, and Xenia is NOT a place that will generate "buzz" like Bush's visit to northern Cincy did a couple of weeks ago. I see it as totally defensive, just to make the media think he's still competitive here. Same with that inane leak that he was "ahead" by five points in his "internals." Maybe in the "internals" of goat entrails, but not in polls. Not here.

Why a defensive visit? He's gota get OH or FL. FL looks better for Bush than OH. You think he's got something telling him Florida is the better bet??

One hit in the 1970s smack dab in the middle of town. Killed many, destroyed the high school. My wife was in the nearby town and saw it go by. Another one hit in the 1990s, not quite as bad, but bad. Cheap, small wooden houses. Poof.

Because of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania cannot and will not be won. The majority of the state's voters will vote for President Bush. A handful of well-connected thugs will silence the majority.

Bill Parcells once called Philadelphia a "banana republic". Parcells wasn't kidding.

For the sake of future elections, the hammer has to come down hard on Philly this year. People need to go to jail, and they need to go for years. There's nothing to distinguish the labor unions from organized crime... they need to be treated accordingly.

My totally Decomcratic blue collar town in central New Jersey has about 3 KERRY signs out. One sign had the KERRY and MENENDEZ top half cut off and only the local council peoples' names were left. Of all the top Democrats I spoke with only two are voting for KERRY.

ALL YOUR NEW JERSEY BASE BELONG TO US.

Doolittle's district should be easy lock. Fastest growing GOP area in CA.

I'll take my chances on California's earthquakes, thank you. (I didn't know Ohio was prone to tornados.)

Just my "kook" opinion, but I think Kerry knows the election is already over. I honestly don't think the man ever wanted to be president---especially before the first debate, his body language showed it. He got a little jazzed with the power after debate #1, but then, well, Kerry is basically LAZY. He doesn't want to work like Algore did. Note he went to a frickin' SPA before the last debate and is always out moutain biking. This is not the sign of someone who really wants to be prez.

I think his internals show he's already lost OH and FL, and, thus, the election, and he's now hitting IA, WI, MI and PA just at the orders of She Who Must Not Be Named to keep the party competitive so that ALL of the senate candidates don't go down the toilet.

I swear to God I could horsewhip the GOP in NV and IL and AR for screwing up their senate races and not running competitive candidates. Folks, do you realize we could have had the 60 votes with a good candidate in Illinois, Arkansas, Washington, Nevada, and California?? Now, admittedly little Link Chaffee would bolt as soon as that happened, but we'd be able to pressure a couple of fence-sitting dems. AAAAGGGGHHHH.

The next order of business for 2006 will be a 60-vote senate majority; further erosion of the Dems in Kolly-for-nya; and demolition of the Chicago and Philadelphia Dem machines.

Rush is right on this: we cannot keep having to cede three of the top five population states to the Dems.

This is my hope...That the FBI is out there even now sniffing out vote fraud, and will nail people hard. It isn't too difficult to determine where to look (start with the Philly precincts that had 110% turnout in 2000). This needs to stop. With leftist propaganda being belched by the MSM, leftist thugs intimidating Republican voters, and various brown shirts corrupting the very election process, this nation is under attack from within. Leftist goons are doing more to undermine the republic than al Qaeda, IMO.

We had one about five years ago right through my neighborhood. My wife, fortunately, watches TV when tornado conditions are right, and she had us in the basement with the flashlight, wallets, jewelry, and dog. Five minutes later we got the "all clear" siren.

. . . ten minutes after that the Springboro Police came through warning us that there was a tornado in the area and to take cover.

Effective, our civil servants, don't you think :)

I don't know where Doolittle's district is, so I can't answer.

I'm not saying Kerry would win every precinct in Ca, just all the urban ones, and a lot of the suburban ones as well. Northern California is not Bush country, except in the valley and parts of the foothills. I was shocked two weeks ago when we went to the gold country, to see a lot of Kerry signs.

When the going gets tough, the soft go windsurfing.

little Link Chaffee

Isn't that, "Missing Link Chaffee"?

And I agree about the GOP in these key states. I gave money to Bill Jones in California, and I'm thinking of asking his campaign for it back.

We had a very rare funnel cloud spotted about 4 miles west of our Sacramento Valley town...I actually drove out to the country looking for it.

Jones is okay in CA..Boxer has SF and LA..can't compete with that. The coast is blue, the interior is red. Dunno about Ark or WA, but IL is crazy with Keyes. Kind of embarasing. There appear to be some strident GOP'er in OK and SC that are turning people off. The SC GOP'er asked the Dem if she would vote for Frist or Dashole..that was good move. I have heard Burr is moving up in NC. AK is something out of ur hands I belive. Much like MO..people don't like inheriting senate seats. AK, like SC may turn around on the control of Senate issue. WA, like CA has some dumb women, but what can you say.

Lost opportunities. I really would like Dashole gone. It would put Reid, in a normally red state, on notice about teaming with Kennedy all the time.
