She seems to be unstable at best. She didn't want to follow through on the criminal case but now she wants the big bucks on a civil case. I feel sorry for her kid.

In a criminal proceeding, I would agree. We're not talking about that here, are we?
Kobe wanted some weird sex (anal?) he couldn't get at home and she turned him down. He's no better than her.
Kate is crewing herself with all of these suits against Kobe. And why re-file in FEDERAL court? and why file herself instead of letting her attorney file for her? I don't understand re-filing in FEDERAl versus STATE court because, as near as I can tell, there are no federal statutes involved.
I think she is delaying her own case and trying to pressure Kobe to cough up an out-of-court bribe . . . . er, settlement to make her go away. I don't condone what Kobe did, but her actions make it clear that she was not raped and is just seeking a big cash payoff.
I hope Kobe makes her go to court and tewstify so that he and his attorney can drag her name and what little remains of her reputation through the mud.

She is pursuing a civil case for any number of reasons. But she would never be in the court in the first place if Kobe hadn't tried or forcefully requested weird sex. The stuff about anal was on the internet when the Kobe case was hot. Just my theories. No one knows what went down there between two adults.

Mike writes: Sunday night Matt Drudge reported on his nationally syndicated radio show (heard at 7:15 p.m. Pacific time on KFI-AM in Los Angeles) the most provocative "dirty sex details" of the Kobe Bryant sexual assualt case so far. Excerpt: "I've decided to reveal some of the dirty sex details of the case. I have been told it's anal sex.
"That's why it's going to be controversial when it goes to trial. It's what is causing people a lot of uncomfortable feelings.
"Some of the details (of the case) are explosive. Dateline (NBC) had some of this information and decided not to air it. This speculation is quite solid from where I sit."
Digi writes: The way I've heard is that she was having sex with him and then he wanted to do anal and she didn't want to but he went ahead with it and kind of forced her into going along with it and it resulted in injuries to her and what not.
Of course her atty. asked the media not to use her name. I heard that on Fox & Friends First this morning from the Judge.

1.) Recover legal expense to date + lifetime benefits for her lawyers.
As I understand it, in civil cases the defendent's lawyer(s) can take depositions about EVERYTHING in her sexual history...and no limits either on anything else about her. If true, she may regret this avenue too.
Finally, we stop this kobe is guilty because the accuser is anon nonsense...
