I watched some of the ABC "news" at 5:30 PM and just watched some poofter on MSNBC. It is clear that the presstitutes of the old-timey, neocommunist, anti-American media are going after O'Reily and, indirectly, FOX, BIG TIME!!
Personally, I never understood O'Reily's popularity. He is loud, rude, he interrupts EVERYONE and, when I've watched him, seems as left wing as the news readers on the non-cable oullets. But, he is vulnerable!
The legal complaint of this CNN honey can be found on The Smoking Gun (TSG). MSNBC read several passages where O'Reily is accused of bragging that the head of FOX (FOX News?) would get her and Al Franklin and anyone else he got mad at.
It is clear the the left-wing fraternity did not like FOX rubbing the CBS and Rather noses in their own forgeries nor the loss of reputation (assuming that they had any) suffered by both.
You can count on Rather and the new exiting polling media organization to falsify something again this year on election day to work against Bush. At minimum, Rather will declare some Eastern States for Viet Cong Kerry to keep Western good guys at home. Viewers, note extact times states are "declared," no matter who you are watching.
But, FOX is in for some big time criticism and the lefty neocommunists will stretch it out!!
The lawyer she hired, Benedict Morelli has his hands dirty with Democrat politics. He, his wife, and his firm have given "heavily" to the Democrats, according to the Post.
This was one of their "October Surprises."

O'Reilly has the highest rated show on cable television! Roger Ailes will certainly not get rid of him; suspending him is tantamount to declaring him guilty.
I think this wench set him up, which is why, if there are tapes, we're not hearing them.

It is probably just another attempt to discredit Fox but it sure looks bad. The woman is question did go to work for CNN for a time so I wonder if she set him up on purpose.

Screw Oreilly, I lost respect for the guy when I attempted to get his "Free" Boycott France bumperstickers that he was constantly hawking. Turns out you cant get it free because you have to buy something in order to get it........

I disagree. Even if O'Reilly is a scumbag with an eye on the help, his crimes were not those of lying to the public.

And ol' Bill's arrogance most likely lead him down that path. Its his own fault that he was in that position. Just like criminals after a 'sting', "We were set up!". Well, Bill's a jackass for ever lettin' whoever's behind this get in position to take this shot. IMO

1. You don't go hunting someone like Bill O Reilly and not bring enough firepower to finish the job. Especially when you're trying to blackmail him to the tune of 60 million dollars.
2. Bill's got the ego and the attitude that leads me to believe that he thinks he's pretty much untouchable. I wouldn't doubt he said what he's accused of saying.
3. There was no denial of wrongdoing. Just a statement that a shakedown was attempted, but that Bill is going to court to fight.
The CNN Libs pulled the old "TROJAN HORSE" on FOX. Slipped the spy out of CNN ranks, infilterated FOX ranks and exploded the phoney stink bomb, hoping to cut FOX rating to aid the LIB SLIMES CAMPAIGN AGAINST BUSH.
Does anyone know whether or not O'Reilly is married? has kids? Inquiring minds wanna know.
