The article states Hillarys plan decreased the vaccine suppliers yet the bil increased funding. Funding for what? Pork?

Where did the money go, and why did they decrease it over the next several years?

There are 2 companies that supply the US with flu vaccine. Both are exempted from the usual FDA rules about offshore manufacture (more democrat outsourcing).

Chiron is the company from England.

Aventis Pasteur is the company from France.

The last round of lawsuits over Hillary's vaccines almost put Merck and Wyeth completely out of business-for all their products.

Hillary insisted on the vaccine "purchases" with tax-payer money and had it stored in a New York warehouse.
Only ONE problem......The warehouse was NOT regrigerated. Lots of the vaccines went bad and led to lawsuits.

Only the "smartest woman in the world" could store vaccines in a warehouse that was NOT refrigerated!!!!!
