Provisional ballots where you attach your personal information. If it was found later that you had voted in more than one place your ballot would not count.

How does one determine whether to disallow a Democrat ballot or a Republican ballot when the system sanctifies the secret ballot?
Are the ballots marked in some way to enable them to be matched to the person who voted, and if so, what then about the principle of the secret ballot?
