LOL I agree
Now we know why they shopped for the federal court. I wonder if this applies to the one man one vote rules (I think it's the 14th amendment)?
Guess the Democrats are aching for a Civil War.
>The DemonCraps are Bolsheviks/Nazis, taking power by illegal means.
This has never been as clear as it is now.
FRAUD = fine up to 5000.00 and 18 months in jail...serious business to cast a FRAUDULENT Provisional Ballot and it is a FELONY!
I think this provisional ballot crap is a result of a federal law passed shortly after the 2000 fiasco. I hope the process you describe is the one that will be used in Ohio.

That is why WE must do what Kerenski (head of Russian provisional gov't overthrown by Bols in 1917) did not do. WE must fight them. Contact your local GOP headquarters before OCT 22nd and sign up to be a poll watcher/challenger. The AFL/NAACP/ACT have had recruitment efforts undeway for a month. If they try any crap, you'll be there to stop them

Does this clueless voter really exist?

As long as the law breakers are allowed to go unpunished this will happen every election.
How many times over the past many years have we heard about people who have participated in voter fraud, got caught and nothing ever done about it?
When we start getting tough on these people, that is when it will cease.
Hey..I've showed up at the wrong place before -- BUT they were (voter volunteer people) were always kind and nice to tell me where to go which was usually down the FRICKIN street.
There is no excuse for this ruling. If some one has moved and not registered to vote in their current address, you still have the right to vote in your old precinct which I've done before --- but your name is on the damn ledger so you only vote once.
If you've straightened out your voter regsitration and go to the wrong place, you get back in your car and drive to the right one.. How difficult can this be? We're talking blocks away, not miles and miles away. Unless you've moved far far away and in that case you are an idiot to do absentee voting.
The thing that really pisses me off is that I actually was "given" the chance to vote in Florida - b/c they still had me registered even thou I sold my house and moved to KY. I got something in the mail to vote absentee in Florida. I even got a call from the Orlando Sentinel doing a story on voters that live in two states and how they pick which state to vote in etc etc.
I also am NOT registered Republican so they probably thought I was a swing voter. I even have political mail for local Orlando races getting mailed to my new address. I suspect a lot of this voter registration crap is fraudulent and the dems let the rules slip when they think it will favor them.
Comments?
After a ballot has been cast, there is virtually no way to verify its legality. The only way to stop voter fraud is to catch it before a ballot is cast.
Registration and then verification at the polling place is the most reliable way, which has worked pretty well, up to about the Kennedy era. Liberal Judges have completely nullified voter laws thru out the land.
But they are the ones who almost exclusively vote more than once.
"your vote won't count". Well, if that's the only penalty for fraud, what does a cheatin' liberal have to lose? They should be punished to the fullest extent of the law if they vote twice. Period.
No, this isn't in state court. Next stop would be the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.
