Would you support the Fair Tax proposal if the "prebate" is removed?
Maybe. If there is a sunset provision in the chance that congress keeps even one aspect of an income tax, better. If the income tax and the IRS is abandoned first, even better. And if the States drop all income taxes, better still. And, if the total tax take is less, much better. See, I have yet to drink the cool-aid.
