DNC ELECTION MANUAL: CHARGE VOTER INTIMIDATION, EVEN IF NONE EXISTS
**World Exclusive**
The Kerry/Edwards campaign and the Democratic National Committee are advising election operatives to declare voter intimidation -- even if none exists, the DRUDGE REPORT can reveal.
A 66-page mobilization plan to be issued by the Kerry/Edwards campaign and the Democratic National Committee states: "If no signs of intimidation techniques have emerged yet, launch a 'pre-emptive strike.'"

The provocative Dem battle plan is to be distributed in dozens of states, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.
One top DNC official confirmed the manual's authenticity, but claimed the notion of crying wolf on any voter intimidation is "absurd."
"We all know the Republicans are going to try to steal the election by scaring people and confusing people," the top DNC source explained.
Developing...
Heartless liberals they will tear america apart and for what a guy that even they really can't stand...This is insanity.. Congress should be called upon immediately to address this issue before it is too late.
Seems Dem activists want to inflate their numbers in the upcoming election in the same way they have been inflating the "Kerry won" note in all the post debate online polls.
I believe it was Saul Alinsky who stressed the concept that anything goes if it gets you to your objective. According to Alinsky, even immoral or unethical actions are ok because, if your side wins, it can redefine the historical record and vindicate those actions as justifiable....
Of course, this would be news to the "undecideds", if they ever heard it.
This election is over.
Jesse Jackson threatened lawsuits yesterday - now we know it was based on nothing.
This is now known as evidence that states can file against the DNC for interrupting their elections.
Score for Ken Blackwell.
They have had four years to build their case to take this election. Four years of hate-filled rhetoric that has turned off a lot of Democrats. They have decided to expose their own in retribution.
The DRUDGE REPORT has obtained a 66-page mobilization plan to be issued by the Kerry/Edwards campaign and the Democratic National Committee... "
A preemptive October surprise? Can't wait to see the docs.
me too. as bad as Clinton was, I don't believe he was actually evil. Kerry is.
The GOP better send lawyers, guns and money! The sh#t has hit the fan!
The Old Media is dead. Long live the New Media :)
Normally, I'd agree...but I also thought (in 2000) that the Florida Constitution was beyond "their" grasp, too.
How wrong I was!
After all....we are talking about RATS out of power here.
Is this a surprise?
~sigh~ I really do hope for a landslide.... the wider the margin, the dumber they will look complaining.
I hope Drudge does the right thing: convert it to PDF and release it to the masses forthwith!
We'll do the rest.
And this is especially interesting if you pair it with THIS:

When oh when, will the MSM call out the Democrats for playing on the fears of blacks with this crap? It is the most racist and cynical thing possible. We have to start calling them RACISTS for using these tactics. I long to see a press conference where J.C. Watts, Ken Blackwell, maybe even Colin Powell get up and tell America that the Democrats are now the racist party in America.
I'd stay home. As long as there's a Republican Congress, neither of them could do too much harm. While Kerry unfettered would be more of a threat to the nation, Clinton is an absolute embarrassment as a national leader.
They'll claim that Rove made these forged documents. Will Dan Rather cover this? Everyone should flood his email with this.
He already has one page up in PDF
The font in the democrat memo is IDENTICAL to the font in the 1973 Killian memos.
