Wrong. Barry Lynn has been doing this for YEARS. The IRS probably laugh at him after they throw the "report" in the trash. That is IF he even filed anything. He is a LEFT WING KOOK pretending to care about Separation of Church and State which I don't think is any of his business in the first place. The IRS has NEVER done anything to any church because it is absolutely NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS. Ask him to provide ONE example of where the IRS has fined a church for anyone campaigning in them.

I still email him every time the DEMS do this because I know that it irritates him. He claims to be a Chruch of Christ pastor but from some of the emails that I have received from that office I kind of doubt it.

He may not have examples.

But evangelical Christian magazines have had several examples over the years of pressures from the IRS over far less partisan things than a presidential candidate speaking at a church within days of the election.

It's an issue that needs to be screamed bloody murder over.
