But evangelical Christian magazines have had several examples over the years of pressures from the IRS over far less partisan things than a presidential candidate speaking at a church within days of the election.

It's an issue that needs to be screamed bloody murder over.

Not ONE church has ever been fined by the IRS. NONE, ever. Barry Lynn is lying AGAIN. He is trying to scare churches who ONLY publish voter guides (with no candidate's name) while trying to pretend he is "reporting" both sides. Democrats get away with it every election. They use the black churches like a campaign stop. You will never see a politician in one any other time like when they are having a revival or need money for church repairs. But you will see them there like clock work during an election.
