Bush Demolishes Kerry; MSM in panic
10/13/04 | Jose Roberto

Posted on 10/13/2004 8:28:10 PM PDT by Jose Roberto

Tonight, President George W. Bush knocked out Liberal Democratic Senator by the end of the first half hour. Being objective, I was concerned tonight about Kerry's so-called mastery in domestic issues. But it would make sense that Bush, a former Governor of one of the largest US states would feel more comfortable in domestic issues than Kerry, who has spent 20 years in the Senate suffering from diarrhea of the mouth without accomplishing anything. I could not believe that Bush was cleaning Kerry's clock so convincingly that even the MSM was left without words. There we saw Chris Matthews screaming and trying to convince his panel (Reagan, Mitchell, Meathan, and Buchanan) that Kerry did "OK" and saying that Bush was "subdued". Over at the Communist News Network (CNN) Blitzer and Greenfield as well as Carlos Watson were giving the debate to Kerry but wondering if it made a difference in the polls. However, Fox News declared a total demolition of Kerry by Bush. Krystol was ebullient and happy, Kondrake was righteous saying that Kerry's outing of Cheney's daughter as a lesbian was a "low blow" and Barnes was ecstatic that Bush saved the best for last. Clearly, Fox News was seen by a wider audience and their veredict carries more weight, but be sure that the MSM is in panic as Bush enters the final phase of the campaign with the upper hand. Congratulations to our heroic President, now on to the campaign to put the Liberal necklace on Kerry and to make him wear it proudly. Liberal liberal liberal.

It's the undecideds I'm worried about. Bush just doesn't come across like he really knows the issues in detail and on the social issues he needed to energize his Christian conservative base (of which I am one) and I was really let down the way he was so wishy washy on the Life issue. He should have taken on the Roe question instead of side-stepping it. It was glaringly obvious he was trying to avoid controversy.

I'm a Keyes Conservative though... and we know how well he's doing speaking the unvarnished truth in Illinois.

As long as Bush wins I don't care if he talks like Elmer Fudd

REMEMBER THE PRINCIPLE OF PRIMACY-RECENCY -- THE LAST IMPRESSION IS THE MOST POWERFUL IMPRESSION!!!

With three weeks to go, it's now a ground game: The side that wants it more will win -- and without a doubt, our side wants it more!

it won't matter.. if the fraudulent schemes of the Dems in the battleground states is allowed to continue... Hey I can vote, I can get my wife to vote and a couple of friends, but how can I counter a couple of thousand illegal voters and the piss poor enforcement of election fraud laws...?

Conservative Americans need to be actively FReeping CNN from inside America (!!!!) to counter the influence CNN wields with hundreds of millions international viewers subjected to over-the-top bias.

Think about our poor troops. CNN international is the only news that they get at Camp Salerno in Afghanistan.

Every Freeper should spend the next two-plus weeks on their feet, not in front of their computer. Let's get out there and knock on doors, pound signs and make telephone calls for the GOP.

Speak for yourself.

Our writing on FreeRepublic reaches thousands which includes lurking journalists who pick up our ideas and research and then reach tens of thousands to millions.

That's us at the left hand lower corner of the TIME cover.

Knocking on doors around my Left Coast town only leads to encountering tofu-poisoned brains chanting Kerry mantras.

But it would make sense that Bush, a former Governor of one of the largest US states would feel more comfortable in domestic issues than Kerry,

Which is what frustrates me.

If people solely looked at the amount of executive experience Bush has (i.e., governor, business owner) over Kerry, whose legislative experience doesn't equate to much but votes, very liberal votes, anyone who isn't mesmerized by their own selfish issues, would see that Bush is the clear choice for America, particularly in this time of war.

"CNN is in panic and so is NBC. Tomorrow expect to see black circles around Katie Couric's eyes."

They have their west coast snap polls to comfort them.

I agree with you totally, CNN is abhorant.

More must be done by conservatives to fight with telephones and email.

Because CNN international is 24/7 fantastically biased and it's coming from Atlanta and it's reaching hundreds of millions of people. Hundreds of millions.

Yeah I hope they're in denial. Any way, NONE of last year's polls predicted the BIG Arnold win in October. Will the media be wearing tinfoil hats again in November? It will something to look forward to!

Kerry dominated debate #1, that is agreed, but for different reasons.

America was shocked to see such an articulate and knowledgable man who seemed so presidential.

Using the boxing system, I scored it a 19-4 Kerry win.

In debate #2, Kerry droned on in the same bombastic style, somewhat less energized and the President revved up the pace.

The President was in command and I scored it for the President 14-8.

Debate #3 tonight showed Kerry as the same old encyclopedia with a bad case of diahrea of the mouth.

He seemed like a wind-up toy that was winding down.

The President scored on being genuine and human.

I scored it for the President 10-7.

And the Cheney/Edwards match was a slaughter for Cheney.

He easily beat Edwards 22-2

Actually, President Bush won the first debate.

All kerry did was make a 90 minute campaign speech.

It depends on the spin. The audience for tonights debate was probably pretty low what with the Championship Series games on TV. Too bad Bush wasnt this good when he had a huge audience. The race would be over then.

Did anyone catch Matthews/Russert/Brokaw? Matthews tried to cut away to talk to Giuliani, and Russert makes a big deal about this being Brokaw's last debate. Matthews closes by saying "it's been a pleasure to serve with you" [speaking to Brokaw].

SERVE with him on what? The DNC spin team? Who do these people think they are?
