Hello neighbor! Fellow NC resident here!
Tonight's debate proved your point exactly. GWB does believe in God and the power of prayer, marriage between a man and a woman, education for our young people as well as higher education for those who are out of work and equality for all races/religions/women.
I was proud of him tonight. He is a humble man. No. He's not always right, but he does stand by his convictions and does not waiver.
I am proud of you as well. It takes a great deal of courage to voice your opinion when other's disagree with you.

Excuse me, but I find democrats to be the more racial of the two parties and just a few months ago, my southern democrat neighbor hates blacks and begged me to make sure no "neggas" buy my house.
Now, my statement to Racist Republicans
1. God cares zero, zip, zilch about your color.
2. Racism is demonic, ignorant, stupid, and counterproductive.
3. The White Man is NOT "more intelligent", so forget it.
4. Here we come and we "ain't sitting in the back of the bus" (no thanks to you).
5. The Holy Bible says that "God is no respecter of persons".
6. Your racism is a drag on the Republican Party.
7. We will help you be delivered (if you let us).
Democrats can have these types.

You need to direct that statement to your former political party. You know which one, being from North Carolina, the one which has always been associated with the KKK and other hate groups. I was already in contract by that time (to an Air Force guy) so I couldn't force the issue but I was seeing if he would vote for Bush a few weeks before this incident. I basically said to myself, the DNC can have his type. Someone as ignorant and hateful as that belongs in the DNC.

This guy is mostly on target. But why does he think Republicans are racist? Democrats have been in control for most of the past 50 years, and are they better off because of it? Republicans freed the slaves. Republicans believe in a helping hand not a hand out. Democrats have exploited black Americans using fear and hatred and divisiveness. "Though we are many, we are one body in Christ". When have you ever heard Jesse Jackson quote that scripture?
Cut the guy a little slack in the racism department; he is still learning. If he is smart, he will eventually figure it out. I did.
