I believe the defining moment was the genuine emotion and heartfelt principle that came through when Bush was asked about his faith and his wife.

Kerry, by contrast, came through as a complete cardboard charlatan. His answer about how he felt about his wife: "Well, I uhh, think this is a multi-faceted kind of nuanced matter...that I uh..feel is something that....yadeyadeya."

It was the perfect subject to illuminate the hollow and opportunistic nature of this man...and the nation saw it upclose.

I am not as actively religious as some here, but I almost cried when they asked the President that question. They want to persecute him for his faith, the Dems don't believe any person should hold public office who his fully engaged with their faith. He answered the question with grace, love and humility.
