It is a commandment as summarized by Jesus who said Loving God and Loving your neighbor is a summary of the 10 commandments. This was in response to which commandments was the most important. Not sure that's anything to pick on Kerry about. Plus there are countless other things Kerry threw out tonight that would be better to look at.
