Does Sen Kerry see a need for affirmativr action programs:

Kerry: No, we have not moved far enough long. Mend it Don't end it program during the Clinton years. Kerry mentions that GWB has not meet with the NAACP, the Black Congressional Congress.

GWB: We spend $73 million dollars for low income people. Small business loans. Contracts. Ownership (home ownership).

My congressman is in the CBC and I wouldn't blame GWB for not wanting to talk to him after some of the things he has said about the President.
