Kerry's "Plan" sounds an awful lot like the Bush Plan.
Thats been their strategy the whole way, portray Bush's plan as their own. Its been pretty effective since Bush has no reason to criticize his own damn plan. The difference is that Bush plans to implement it and the Democrats have no plan whatsoever to implement it.

President needs to insert another jab that A PLAN does not equal a list of complaiants..its important to hammer the point
Bush is not letting him get away with the crack about funding the VA.
Now we're on to privatizing social security. Bet the "uncommitteds" won't LIKE it. :P
