I read the entire thing before I made my original post, unlike many who have commented on this thread. Just because the complaint USES quotations, and that some things read like a transcript does not make them so.

Just because the complaint USES quotations,That is my question. The long phone passages are NOT in quotations but are written to look like quotes. Is that legally significant in the filing?
It looks like quotes to a lawperson but what does a lawyer see?
