Just because the complaint USES quotations,

That is my question. The long phone passages are NOT in quotations but are written to look like quotes. Is that legally significant in the filing?

It looks like quotes to a lawperson but what does a lawyer see?

I don't know.

What I do know, is that if what was written in any court complaint were taken as fact out of the gate, no one would ever have a trial. She complains, he defends, and there is a ruling. Too many folks want to take her complaint as gospel. It does not work that way.
