He'll never live that falafel thing down. Never. LOL When in the shower, NEVER drop the falafel!

O'Reilly and Fox say she asked for her job back. Her deposition conveniently leaves out the details to how and why she came back to Fox. Read it carefully. She dances around it and I'm sure her slimy lawyer coached her. And she has a litany of lewd comments that he supposedly lobbed her way before she went to CNN.

If this is a DNC "conspiracy" so be it. We don't have time to mess around with this crap in the defense of some middle of the road t.v. host at this time. If we have to throw O'Really over the side of the "swiftboat" in order to save the rest of the crew...consider it a "factor" of the battle we are engaged in. This election is far more important than some turncoat, blow-dried, pompous, moderate wannabe.

Which is what I think part of her lil money grubbin mind had preplanned all along. I agree, she has dark motives. I'm not sure if it's money, or to "bring down Goliath," or a little of both. No conservative would handle a life situation the way she is handling this one, that's for sure.

answering machine messages. also, she has such detailed verbage in the transcripts that are part of her filing - either she took notes after each encounter, has tapes, or she worked with someone from Penthouse Forum to help her make it all up.

Stop babbling and take a chill pill. Gawd what a loon.
You'd think I was in this affair. Try to focus your anger on THE BAD GUYS oookay. (rolls eyes)
To: JediForce
Fox should do what it must to save Fox. O'Really can come back later when found innocent. When the anchor is sinking the boat...cut the anchor. You can retrieve it later. If a woman accuses you, falsely, of sexual harrassment, would you step down from your job, without pay, until the matter is cleared up?

I'd be interested in listening to the answering machine tapes.
So her boss calls her at home or on her cell phone and leaves messages. So what? What boss doesn't?

Oh BTW, is this the person O'Reilly filed suit against for extortion?

It may be a hit that has to be taken in order to save the ship. We must look at the bigger picture. I don't like this anymore than anyone else. It stinks. It is unfair. It is unjust. And most likely the charges are false and this is a political ploy. But we don't have time for this. Give him a leave of absence until Nov. 3rd. We can all deal with it then. If he stays it will be a month long story. If he goes by the weekend...a week long story.

good post. indeed, this guy is no friend to the republican cause. in fact, he's turned lately - and in my opinion, he has been a main force dragging FNC to the "middle" to become more mainstream.
To: JediForce
am planning ahead in case it is not false. This is going to cause a sh## storm the media will lap up. We don't have time for this crap. We must win this election at all costs. If O'Really has to go away for a short vacation so be it. If O goes away before the election, there will only be time for the spin before the election and there will be more than ever. He has to stay.
To: feinswinesuksass
I remember his interview with the porn authoresses because I shot him an email immediately after it aired because he was being hypocritical. However, even if he has a "deviant" side, I still don't believe she is innocent. If his words truly offended her she should not have continued to go to dinner with him or listen to his unwanted sexual talk.
Returning after a stint with CNN is the clincher. IMO she's an opportunist who couldn't make it on her own so she decided to try and use sex to get rich and bring O'Reilly down, must like the woman who accused Kobe Bryant did.

To: JediForce
I'm afraid that if they do that, it will give her and her allegations credibility. The MSM will be all over it then, and even if O is found not guilty, the MSM "experts" will label it the "seriousness of charge".
But I do see where you're coming from.

It is apparent that Defendants outrageous monetary demand is motivated by their greed and also by Morellis political connections. Morelli, his firm, and his wife, Arlene, are known supporters of and contributors to the Democratic Party, contributing to the campaigns of U.S. Senators John Kerry, John Edwards, Tom Daschle, and Charles Schumer, among others. He perceives Fox and OReilly as politically conservative and supporters of the Republican Party. If he does not receive his share of $60 million, he would like nothing more than to embarrass and tarnish the reputations of Fox and OReilly. For everyone's consideration. Of course, O'Reilly is NOT a republican.

Give him a leave of absence until Nov. 3rd. We can all deal with it then. Let him go and it will dominate the headlines till the election. That is what they want. Look at Rathergate. It has gone away.
To: feinswinesuksass
There are parts later in the court papers that are in quotations & read like a transcript compared to the earlier pages that seem to be her recounting the incidents. Read the papers & decide for yourselfI did. She could be making every bit of that up. Remember Anita Hill and the pubic hair on the Coke can?
If she has tapes, there is the additional factor of the legality of taping someone without their knowledge in New York. If it's illegal, all of this is moot and she's guilty of extortion.

Who said step down? Who said without pay? A leave of absence at this time would be paid. If I were in his position with the "new media" coming out with more charges and counter-charges by the second I would consider it. It depends on the circumstances of the situation. This attack has a purpose. Take him out of the seat for a little while and the purpose of the attack has failed. He can come back on Nov. 5th or something.

Rathergate was always going away (in the MSM) - you don't expect them to eat their own, do you?
