This appeared in the Village Voice, before Kerry sowed up the nomination. Isn't this rag very liberal, and exposing Kerry at that time would be to Dean's advantage?
This should have gotten more play...Schanberg is the NYT reporter whose story about Dith Pran and the Cambodian holocaust won him the Pulitzer Prize. This simply highlights how a story by a reporter like Schanberg gets no legs...and how in the tank the MSM is for any Dem running against Bush. I give Schanberg credit for digging into the story.
Could be, but I believe he's sincere in his quest to find out the truth about the Mia/POW's. Just because it may have helped Dean, doesn't mean it's not true.
