We were told in advance of the plan of action. It is being followed thus far. Getting a live network feed isn't something that is accomplished at the drop of a hat. You've seen the massive satellite truck rigs that pour into an area in advance of a big network coverage. It takes that level of effort to go "live".

The only way to pull that off without tipping your hand is by luring the equipment to the location under false or alternative pretenses. Election night will include multiple venues with the right equipment set up in large cities. The setup activities for Tuesday night are likely already in progress. That sure doesn't pin it down.
