Kerry is setting himself up to blame Bush for any preelection attack on America. (The weapons that attacked us came from Iraq etc. etc.)

This is a definate possibility IMO. I think he has continually set things up to lay the blame on Bush is al Qaida pulls something off before Tuesday.

Maybe someone else can offer some imput, I'm a bit tired. ;-)

If there is an attack, Bush WILL be blamed by dems. Hillary started setting that up in 2001.

Whether or not the US public agrees ... remains to be seen.
