Still and Box means fire somewhere or one expected...most likely an ER landing, any update?

A request for multiple combined emergency units (fire, emt, police, etc.) with a minimum of:
5 Ambulances (ALS or BLS)
1 Engine
1 Truck
1 Battalion Chief
1 EMS Field Officer
1 Asst. Deputy Chief Paramedic
In general, not a happy landing. Could be they ran out of peanuts...
