Keeping up with the thread and working long hours. I've overdue to take another puppy picture. The little girl has her eyes open now and is making first attempts to get on her feet.
I have a COP (citizens on patrol) meeting at the police department this evening. My wife is a dispatcher for the department. We (and the fire chief) are a little concerned about the lax attitude toward a formal incident command structure and absence of an emergency operations center in the area. My wife was a central part of that structure at the San Diego Sheriff's Office. I'll have to catch up again in a few hours.
