Some $400,000 per year, acc. to article (maybe more w/his experimental treatments). Numerous nurses and assorted other assistants.

Ironically, this infected pressure ulcer seems to have been caused by his daily (driven) work on his exercise bike, acc. to his interview with Reader's Digest last month.
