> Kerry claims he received a 'long' voice mail from
> Reeve the same day ...
Do we have a source/date/time/quote for this communication?
It's been variously reported as a phone call, voicemail,
email and even a text message.
I've seen discussions about it on FR, but can't find
anything that elevates it out of the rumor class.
And ... I actually heard him say this in a TV clip yesterday, but I can't remember what station I was watching. I didn't think it was significant at the time.
"Kerry said the actor left him a long voicemail on Saturday thanking him for campaigning in support of curing conditions such as his. Kerry said he was "really blown away" to learn of Mr. Reeve's death so shortly after the call."

"Kerry on Monday said he was "really blown away" when he received a cell phone message from Reeve on Saturday thanking him for promoting embryonic stem cell research during the debate, according to USA Today (Oldenburg, USA Today, 10/12).

"Kerry, who knew the "Superman" actor for about 15 years through family and dedication to the same causes, said Reeve left him a long voice mail on Saturday thanking him for campaigning on the possibilities of a cure for conditions like his"
