Here's an AP story: Kerry talks about phone call from Reeve. It says LA Times along the bottom, so I hope it's ok to post this link.

And ... I actually heard him say this in a TV clip yesterday, but I can't remember what station I was watching. I didn't think it was significant at the time.

Another report has it that Reeve was suffering from
severe sepsis and went into cardiac arrest on Saturday.

The timeline here merits some investigation.
