Vester asked Clanton how Sinclair's plans were different from Michael Moore's plans to get his film into as many theaters as possible. Vester pointed out that if people didn't like the documentary they could change the channel.
Clanton drew some distinction without a difference on the basis that the Sinclair broadcast is free. So what?
